Using PortfolioMaker to build, save, download, or purchase products constitutes acceptance of these terms. Discontinue use if you do not agree.
PortfolioMaker converts portfolio assets into downloadable static websites. Building and previewing require no account. Account creation provides cloud storage between visits. Website downloads require a single payment detailed on our pricing section.
Clerk manages user authentication. Users must maintain account credential security.
Stripe processes all payments. All prices appear before checkout. Pro plans bill on a recurring monthly schedule with cancellation controls available in the dashboard. Single download purchases carry no recurring billing.
You retain full ownership of uploaded assets and downloaded website files. PortfolioMaker holds only the temporary technical permissions required to process and store files.
Publishing models to the catalog is voluntary and requires confirming asset ownership rights. Creators can remove listings at any time. We remove disputed assets during copyright reviews.
Free tier storage requires activity within 12 months. Inactive storage triggers an email notification 30 days before asset deletion. Projects with models published to the public catalog and accounts with active Pro subscriptions remain exempt. Storage changes do not retroactively reduce limits on existing accounts.
Don’t upload content you don’t have the rights to, use the service for anything illegal, or try to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer it. We can suspend or close accounts that do.
The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, PortfolioMaker isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Close your account any time from the dashboard — it stops billing and deletes your stored content immediately. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
